Specialist sales recruiter BTA has implemented web-based CV iProfile

iProfile contains precise definitions of a professional’s skills, qualifications and experiences in a format compatible with recruiters’ database systems.

Richard Taylor, sales director of iProfile, says: “They [BTA] realised advertising spend often returned candidates they already had in their database, but because contact details were out of date they simply unable to find them. We ran a data comparison, which proved we could identify seven times as many active candidates from their database each month. Based on their closing ratios we’re expecting a significant increase in placement fees at BTA as a result of iProfile adoption.”
