Contract: Car manufacturer selects Encore as recruitment partner
Chongqing ChangAn Automobile Company, one of China’s leading car manufacturers, has announced it will be creating over 200 jobs at its new site in Nottingham by 2015.
ChangAn, China’s third largest auto manufacturer, has selected local recruitment specialist Encore Personnel as its strategic recruitment partner.
Ray Metcalfe, operations manager for Encore Personnel, says: “As a company we are excited to be partnering ChangAn, a company with ambitious expansion plans similar to ourselves. We are looking forward to establishing a partnership with ChangAn that will culminate in the creation of 200 jobs within the next five years.”
ChangAn, which have a turnover in excess of £8bn, has set up its European Research and Development site at the Nottingham Science Park as it looks to establish itself as one of the world’s top 10 car manufacturers over the next five years.

The Changan Automobile Co Limited has awarded the contract to supply permanent and contract staff to 4 suppliers - Encore, Recart, Euro Projects and Morsons.

Encore Personnel has been selected as the strategic supplier for Chang An Automotive and they have given permission for this press release. We are aware of other parties supply.
Our strategic relationship means we will be managing the national press campaign for ChangAn Motors.
