HB Human Capital was a key player in the launch of Networth, a networking forum for senior executives in the construction industry, with an event at the Babble Bar in London. Managing director Tristan Ramus told Recruiter that the events, likely be quarterly, aim to offer “innovative speakers and refreshing venues, providing an opportunity to share successes and build business together”. HBHC chief executive and Dragon’s Den celebrity James Caan (right) was the featured speaker. He emphasised the particular need for networking during tough times and told the audience: “The market is only as hard as you allow it to be.” HB Human Capital’s portfolio includes recruiters Caritas Recruitment, Eden Brown, Lehman Ambrose and Resourcing Group.
