Coningham Lee pulls out of Dubai move

Finance recruiter Coningham Lee has decided not to go ahead with a planned office opening in Dubai as a result of the slowdown there.
Director Matt Coningham told Recruiter: “Rather than opening an office in Dubai, two employees fly out there every couple of months to meet clients.”
In contrast, Coningham says the company is going ahead with a planned new office in Durban, South Africa. The company currently serves the South African market from the UK.
A key market for the new division will be recruiting IT staff into financial services organisations, says Coningham. The office is due to open in April or May after the legalities of company registration have been completed.
