BusinessElite: Online invitation-only recruiting service launches

BusinessElite, an invitation-only recruiting community for top executives and recruiters, has been launched.

The service (www.businesselite.com) is designed to match experienced professionals within its exclusive talent community to director through C-level positions at leading companies and startups.

BusinessElite analyses the requirements of the job specification, scores the requirements using proprietary leadership competency models and then matches the success attributes for the role against the core skills, experiences, leadership competencies, career goals and personal preferences of its highly-qualified talent community.

BusinessElite was founded by chief executive, Glenn Fox, and president, Thomas Lokar, both human resource and recruiting industry experts who have led recruiting and talent development organisations at companies including AOL, Microsoft, Bristol Myers Squibb and Korn/Ferry.
