Broadbean’s talent tracking

Software launches: CEO Kelly Robinson is on track
Broadbean has launched the fourth version of its multiple job posting and tracking software Ad- Courier, as well as a new software, TalentPod. It has also exclusively revealed to Recruiter that it will launch a ground-breaking federated CV search facility in spring, which will enable recruiters to obtain CVs from multiple platforms via one portal.
Alongside the roll-out of the new AdCourier version, Broadbean has developed TalentPod, which converts incoming CVs into searchable records that sit in a private and secure database, making it much easier for recruiters to create a pool of talent.
Kelly Robinson, chief executive of Broadbean, told Recruiter that TalentPod uses intelligent parsing technology that will read an ad and then make candidate recommendations from the database. Alternatively, recruiters can write their own search criteria, based on factors such as skills, salary and location.
“Once a consultant has made a placement they may well delete CVs that are just right for a colleague sitting next to them,” said Robinson. “TalentPod helps make sure recruiters don’t lose the ad response that they are paying for.”
Version 4 of AdCourier offers a range of tools that helps streamline processes for recruiters. They include a Groups feature, which allows
consultants to group ads and CVs by industry or job, the ability to create hotlists of candidates and real-time graphs that show how a job board is performing. Advanced reporting facilities will also tell recruiters how different sectors are performing, as well as report on factors such as the most popular time for candidate response.
