Bond settles out of court

Recruitment and talent management software specialist Bond International Software has settled out of court after a salesperson was accused of misrepresenting a competitor’s product.

The case was brought by First Choice Software on the basis of allegations that the Bond employee had made false claims about the performance of a First Choice product.

Tim Richards, managing director of Bond International Software, told Recruiter: “We do not condone such activity [vendors making false statements about each others’ products] in any way.” Bond has agreed to pay £12,000 to First Choice.
