Best's positive attitude for Spring
Positive thinking has been the key to the success of a new division launched within Spring Group, according to one of the company’s internal recruiters.
Best Professional Services was launched in September 2008, based in the company’s Birmingham office. It targets the sales and marketing,
HR, accountancy and finance and supply chain and procurement sectors.
Now, with the team growing to nine consultants and becoming successful despite the current economic conditions — last week one permanent
placement netted the firm £63,000 — Spring plans to roll out the brand to its offices in London, Manchester and Leeds by the end of the year.
Kate Christie, internal recruiter for Spring Group, says: “Our consultants have had the passion and foresight to see that they can drive the brand forward.
“My point is that this is purely down to a positive attitude, a belief that success comes from being able to identify an opportunity and to have a continued optimistic focus, never letting the difficult times influence how good you are at your job.”
Christie added that Aidan Anglin, managing director of Spring Group Professional Services, had met every new consultant before they were offered the job.
