Berkeley Scott: New competitors for BBC’s The Restaurant sought

Hospitality recruiter Berkeley Scott is working with the BBC to find people who would like to take part in Series 3 of The Restaurant with top chef Raymond Blanc.

Berkeley Scott is passing on this opportunity to its candidates via its newsletter and website.

Applicant couples will be given their own restaurant to run under Raymond’s supervision. Each week they will take part in tasks and challenges designed to test their catering and hospitality skills. The winners will go into business with Raymond and run their own restaurant.
