Barker Ross expands biometric

Industrial, commercial and construction recruiter Barker Ross is planning to increase its use of biometric staff tracking measure by offering it to construction clients.

Tim Sutcliffe, director of on-site services, told Recruiter the system can record agency workers’ time and attendance.

“The financial reporting is going to be the most helpful feature, most [construction] sites work out finances when they get the bill, with this system we can capture the data in real time and we can create costings about a particular person, trade or an entire site, on-demand, for whatever period they want to see.”

Sutcliffe added the system is currently in use at several industrial sites.
