Barclays creates 600 jobs in Glasgow
Barclays is to create 600 new jobs in Glasgow.
The new jobs form part of Barclays’ ongoing expansion in Glasgow and is supported by a grant of up to £6.6m of Regional Selective Assistance funding from Scottish Enterprise.
This grant is conditional on Barclays meeting job-creation milestones over a multi-number of years and potentially takes the global financial services provider’s total number of employees in Scotland to more than 2,000.
