Astbury Marsden ups incentives
At at a time when many recruiters are scrutinising costs, finance and IT recruiter Astbury Marsden is altering its commission structure in a bid to attract and retain good consultants.
Managing director Jona - than Nicholson told Recruiter that by introducing more bandings he hoped to push consultants to reach a more attainable but higher sales target. He said he hoped the scheme will pay for itself.
Nicholson added that a performance bonus had been introduced this year and an extra period for commission for both perm-based and monthly aggregates.
