Appointments: New TfL group HR director takes up post
Frank Douglas is the new group HR director for Transport for London (TfL).
Douglas will be responsible for delivering effective HR strategy and services for the transport authority and reports directly to Peter Hendy, London’s transport commissioner.
Douglas was previously HR director at brewer Scottish and Newcastle.
Douglas says: “I am delighted to have joined TfL at this critical time in the delivery of its hugely ambitious investment programme to upgrade and expand London’s transport network. I will be working with TfL colleagues to ensure that we have the right approaches to leadership, recruitment, retention and development to deliver those benefits to Londoners.”
