Appointments: New executive director for Talascend

Global technical resourcing provider Talascend has appointed Andrew Rowlands (pictured) to executive director with responsibilities for UK and Europe operations.

Rowlands joins Talascend from NES Group where is was most recently managing director of the group’s rail division.

Rowlands will report directly to Talascend chief executive, Ron Wood.
