Appointments: New board members for London HR Connection

The London HR Connection (LHRC), a networking group for HR professionals who work in the London area and a CIPD Special Interest Group, has appointed a new chair, vice chair and board members.

Previously vice chair, the new chair is John Maxted (right), founder and chief executive of HR recruitment specialist Digby Morgan. Maxted is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, whose early career was in HR with British Airways and Arthur Andersen.

Other new board members include:

• Fiona Marshall (left), latterly the people and development director at Cofunds, a UK independent investment platform, who is the new vice chair

• Jane Saunders, the managing partner at HR transformation consultancy, Orion Partners

• Robert Hicks, HR director at Exponential-e, the network service provider

• Paul Gollan, a visiting associate professor in the employment relations and organisational behaviour group in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics

• Kristina Lukaviciute, HR manager at City YMCA
