Appointments: Gravitas gets managing director

Jonathan Ellerbeck has been appointed managing director at executive search firm Gravitas.

Ellerbeck, who left SThree last year, is joined by Alexandra Naylor who has left Pathway Resourcing Leeds to become UK regional director in Gravitas’s Leeds office
