Appointments: Fearnley joins Dillistone as non-exec director

Dillistone Group, parent company of executive recruitment software Dillistone System, has appointed Giles Robin Fearnley as a non-executive director.

Fearnley has 35 years’ experience in the passenger transport industry, from founding Prism Rail through to its sale to National Express.

He also owned a number of bus businesses across Yorkshire and Lancashire, as well as being a former president of the Confederation of Passenger Transport and its first non-exec director last year.
