Specialist rail and engineering recruitment company Exxell has appointed Richard Parker as resourcer.

Parker has been brought in to work alongside rail safety critical manager Richard Anderson to help support Exxell’s clients’ increasing requirements at the firm’s Southampton branch.

The firm’s London office welcomes James Jenkinson as recruitment consultant to oversee clients such as Network Rail, Imtech Aqua and ADM Pura.
