Appointments: Communicate Recruitment Solutions hires Ruffley

Communicate, specialists in placing mid-to-senior finance, treasury and corporate strategy professionals into commerce & industry and consulting firms, has appointed Paul Ruffley as internal recruitment & training manager.

Ruffley will be responsible for the ongoing induction/internal training of new graduate recruits and implementing a training scheme for existing staff.

He previously worked at SThree, where he was responsible for training and development, focusing on their leaders and future leaders to help them effectively manage and develop their teams.
