Appointments at Platinum Recruitment and VMA Group

Engineering and construction recruiter Platinum Recruitment has promoted Craig Clements to construction manager.

The firm has also opened a second office in Perth, Scotland alongside its Livingston head office.

Elsewhere, PR and corporate communications recruiter VMA Group has announced the appointment of Chloe Prescott as a consultant within its internal communications practice. 

Prescott joins VMA from the Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS).
