Anne Corder Recruitment wins AB Agri contract

Multi-sector recruiter Anne Corder Recruitment (ACR) is set to source 18 customer service consultants for AB Agri’s pig and poultry division.

Kerry Tanner, senior consultant with ACR, told Recruiter the hiring was symptomatic of positive trends in the area: “We have definitely seen an increase in activity over the last couple of months and this contract coincides with that.

“Peterborough has an eclectic mix of industries. While we have seen the downsizing of some businesses, especially in manufacturing, there are also areas where we are seeing positive improvement.”

AB Agri employs 120 people at its new HQ office in Lynchwood, Peterborough, in technical, commercial, marketing and admin capacities. The company has 1,100 staff in the UK.
