AMG buys HotLizard

Web design and development firm HotLizard is now part of the Aspire Media Group.

AMG, a privately held media group, also owns JobG8, JobServe, ComputerJobs, Career Board in the US and Thai IT Jobs in Thailand.

HotLizard will continue to be managed by Adele Poole and Chris Windram, while Robbie Cowling and his brother John Cowling will join the board of HotLizard. The day-to-day running of the firm and delivery of customer service will be unaffected.

Commenting on the acquisition, Robbie Cowling says: “HotLizard’s proposition will be strengthened even further through the practical knowledge AMG has in running job boards.

Our job board clients will be able to benefit from added value products and services, including applicant tracking and talent management solutions.”
