Advantage Global joins with Remploy to help disabled jobseekers
RPO provider Advantage Global has signed an agreement with Remploy to help more jobseekers with a disability or health condition into sustainable work.
Advantage Global will promote Remploy to its clients as a recruitment services provider by sharing job opportunities, for which Remploy will receive a placement fee, providing onsite evaluations and assisting with interviews for job-ready candidates. Remploy will also provide ongoing support for candidates in temporary positions.
Helen O’Neill, operations manager at Advantage Global, says: “Our current and potential clients are increasingly looking for ways to increase the diversity within their workforce and are calling on their recruitment providers to manage this for them. Joining forces with Remploy will help us to achieve their aims while reflecting our own commitment to ensure equality in the workplace.”
