Adecco moves all job postings to Broadbean
Recruitment giant Adecco has migrated all UK job postings from Conkers to Broadbean.
Paul Dorney, head of online marketing at Adecco, says: “ The whole Adecco Group is very pleased with the switch from Conkers to Broadbean and the transition was extremely smooth due to the efforts of Broadbean’s excellent team. The consultants are very excited about the new system and love how easy it is to use with minimal training necessary. The response tracking feature has gone down a storm as well as the candidate ranking and cost analysis. This is probably the most significant technological change that we have been through in the last three years and things are only going to get better”
Lee Anne Davey, head of international and special projects at Broadbean, says: “The Adecco rollout is the most successful migration in our history with the Broadbean team working onsite to move 2000 users onto the AdCourier system in a single day. Managing a smooth migration is often more difficult than building a new system from the ground up, so I am extremely proud of my team’s work”.
Broadbean integrated Conkers into it’s operations following its purchase by Associated Northcliffe Digital (AND) in October.
