Adecco directors re-elected at AGM

At global recruiter Adecco’s AGM, shareholders approved the re-election of all board members for a further year, as well as all other agenda items.

These include: the re-election of Rolf Dörig (chairman), Thomas O’Neill (vice-chairman), Jakob Baer, Andreas Jacobs, Francis Mer, David Prince, Wanda Rapaczynski and Judith A Sprieser, the payment of a cash dividend of 1.50 Swiss francs (89p) per share for the financial year 2008, as well as the re-election of Ernst & Young, Zurich, as Adecco’s statutory and group auditors.
