Active Human Capital Group launches Active Interims
Executive recruitment and board advisory business Active Human Capital Group has launched Active Interims which will target senior interim executives, business project managers and change management specialists.
Chaired by Richard Boot, who along with fellow director Stephen Bryan set up Active Group in 2005, the group’s board contains company doctor Roy Kishor and marketing specialist David Freeman.
Boot says: “An increasing number of organisations in the private and public sectors now use interim executives as individuals or in project teams for both operational and strategic reasons and we have access to a large pool of senior business executives.
“Given the current economic climate many companies are looking to access the skills of people who have the expertise to guide a business through these difficult times. Interims provide a fast, cost-effective solution.”
