Accountants in demand for London 2012

Accountants with strong commercial skills are in short supply on London’s Olympics project, according to Jean Tomlin, director of HR, London 2012.

Tomlin told Recruiter: “It is more difficult to source qualified accountants with strong commercial experience that are able to quickly add value in our environment.

“For us we need to source more candidates from a smaller pool of qualified management accountants in the commercial sector.”
