Your package
• We offer competitive basic salaries that are negotiable dependant on experience.
• You will receive monthly individual commission up to 25% depending on your billing. In addition, a quarterly team-based commission bonus will reward your team’s hard work.
• After you successfully pass your 6-month probation period, you will be eligible for share options and therefore become a shareholder in the company.
Your recognition
• Synergy has monthly company meetings recognising the success of our staff. There are a number of incentives for hitting your target and beyond. We have Gold Clubs, with meals at top London restaurants for those consultants who hit their quarterly targets and our Platinum Club, which is a high profile event for both consultants and support staff, with recent trips to Dubai, Monte Carlo and Las Vegas.
• We also have two full company events in the summer and at Christmas to thank staff for the hard work they have put in over the year.
Your work-life balance
• We know that work-life balance is important and we understand that people do not want to work excessive hours. We have recently introduced flexible starting hours to suit the needs of staff.
• Holiday entitlement starts at 22 days, which rises depending on your service. For managers additional entitlement is also available.
Promoting the team culture
• Throughout the year, our teams/offices enjoy various company assisted team nights out and social events and we are proud that we nominate a Charity of the Year and run various social charity events such as auctions and quiz nights. We also run organised team events which support the local community.
