The MRL Group, established in Brighton in 1997, is a leading international recruitment company operating in niche sectors. MRL Technology recruits primarily within the global microelectronics, enterprise software and automotive technologies marketplaces whilst MRL Financial works within the niche finance sectors of Risk, Audit, Compliance and Tax.

We are a true “blue chip” supplier, working with major global names in banking, technology and professional services. In 2006 we opened 2 new international offices – one within the prestigious International Finance Centre in Dubai, thereby establishing a bridgehead to the Middle East. The second office on the Cote d’Azur, 10 miles from Nice, services the booming French technology markets. In 2007, we opened both Qatar and Singapore thus strengthening our position in the Middle East and opening the gateway to the Far East. Additional offices are planned in Europe and the Middle and Far East over the next 5 years with opportunities to extend our reach into new sectors such as Oil & Gas, renewable energy and pharmaceuticals.

Consultants have two distinct career paths to choose from which can encompass either man management or a focus on billing. International exposure is also an option for all Consultants who can demonstrate their talents and expertise.

Due to our strong success and ambitious expansion plans we are now seeking enthusiastic, ambitious and credible Recruitment Consultants to join the teams in each of our offices. Sector experience is not essential.

Opportunities exist at all levels within the organisation, from Junior Consultant through to Principal. Management opportunities will also be available for the right individuals.
