Senior Consultant / Manager - Finance in to Banking – Mid to Senior Level Roles
Basic c. £35-55k, OTE £75k+ plus excellent range of benefits, guarantees available

The Person:
Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment with the ability to work in a challenging market and will a good billing history. They are ideally someone with a background in the finance in to banking field. A Senior Consultant with the ability to come on to train to be a manager or come in straight as a manager who can quickly take the team to the next level. A natural motivator and influencer, excellent networker and account manager.

The Role:
Our clients seeks a senior consultant or manager capable of managing a fairly experienced team who are already successful but who are having to adept their approach in a more challenging market. Consultants manage a number of good PSL accounts but will be encouraged to develop new business. The Manager must therefore be able to motivate and manage a team on a variety of levels, keeping activity levels high but achievable. As the team is a real mix of personalities the manager must be capable of motivating a range of individuals as the company does not believe in a once size fits all approach. They place a huge amount of emphasis on training and development which the manager must be prepared to follow up on and develop further. The ability to set realistic financial and non financial objectives, excellent time and man management skills, and the ability to network internally and externally is extremely important. Career prospects are excellent for the right individual.
