You can expect a fast-paced, target-led, sales environment where you will be responsible for managing your own accounts with an emphasis on developing strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will manage assignments from inception through to completion and will spend your time meeting with clients, tendering for new business, sourcing and selecting candidates, offering career advice and negotiating salaries and contracts.

We will provide you with clear criteria for promotion, activity incentives and target rewards but, ultimately, you are responsible for the success of the business and your own achievements.
