Resourcer

On a job-by-job basis Resourcers are accountable to a Recruitment Consultant or an Account Manager and assist in identifying, vetting and short listing suitable applicants for both Contract Consultancy and Permanent positions. Resourcers match applicants against the job description and present their short list to the Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant for final selection.
Additional duties include posting advertisements on web job sites and handling initial responses, preparing applicants' CVs , assisting with interview arrangements and general administration.
My client requires Resourcers to have superb communication skills, excellent English comprehension and the ability to build rapport with candidates over the telephone. Our Resourcers need to be proactive and organised.

Basic salary is negotiable plus uncapped commission and other financial incentives. Company benefits include: car allowance, Blackberry mobile phone, private health cover and company pension.
