Account Manager
This role is responsible for the placement of both Contract Consultancy and Permanent Recruitment with our clients throughout the UK and Europe.
Responsible for ensuring our company service levels are not only met, but wherever possible exceeded with key client accounts.
Focussing on delivery to key accounts the Account Manager must keep abreast of each client and their future needs. The role involves a lot of face-to-face client liaison and networking, looking for areas of new business within each account. Account Managers will be able to form an affinity with clients and candidates at all levels.
We require well-presented professionals with superb communication skills; initiative, drive, confidence and good negotiation skills. The ability to work proactively and reactively is paramount as is an ability to network and acquire new business through leads and referrals. Previous IT recruitment experience is desirable but we do consider applicants with a solid recruitment background, seeking a new challenge.
