Recruiter appointments

Multi-sector recruiter the Ultimate Recruitment Company, led by Roddy Watt, founder and former chief executive of the Berkeley Scott Group, has appointed two new divisional directors.

Richard Hargreaves will take charge of the hotel operations team and Claire Phillips heads up the banking team.

Hargreaves worked for 10 years managing the hotels and sales teams, covering the London market, for the hospitality and leisure recruiter Berkeley Scott Group, while Phillips previously worked at multi-sector recruiter Reed for 20 years.
