Head start for Angus as he heads Down Under

Published: 20 August 2008

Multi-sector recruiter Head Resourcing will have its logo emblazoned on the shirts of the Scotland team's new kit as they head for the Rugby League World Cup in Australia this November.

Head Resourcing is the only Scotland-based company to be sponsoring the team for the tournament in Australia, alongside lead corporate sponsors, The Co-operative.

The tournament holds special interest for Head Resourcing IT

contracts consultant Angus McNab (right). He is Scotland Amateurs head coach, and has been announced as one of Steve McCormack's coaching team for the tournament.

Gordon Adam, founding director of Head, said: "We believe it is important to give support where possible to Scottish athletes and sports teams, and to help them achieve as great a success as possible."

Angus McNab added: "It is particularly pleasing that Head has not only allowed me the time off for the tournament but also gone further with their support. I hope we can do Scotland proud against the best sides in World Rugby League."

Congratulations, Angus. Let's hope the logos give you a head start Down Under.
