Recruitment and retention was talked about a lot, which is not new, but the speakers talked about how you can apply it to your own business. I thought it was very encouraging to hear some of the big players talking about working together as an industry and giving advice on how to take things forward two or three levels instead of doing it sporadically at the moment. I endorse what René Schuster said about professionalising the industry and how we should be collaborating to greater effect."
