    In response to ’AWD not “done deal”, says Marlowe’ (20 May) I’m with Adrian Marlowe on this. The industry should not roll over. The TUC have got their hated nemesis, the temp industry, by the proverbials with the AWD and unless we put up a fight a large part of the temp market will not survive this onslaught. For example, have teacher agencies even contemplated the commercial effects of paying equivalent holiday pay to temps? We might not win but we need to fight for survival.
