Independent research shows the contradictions in the purchasing card market: more than half of organisations don’t use them and some that do spend millions with them. But these big spenders could be setting a trend
Many buyers remain unconvinced of the merits purchasing cards can bring. Even those operating programmes are not doing so as widely as they could. Definitive conclusions about their usefulness have yet to be drawn.
But help is at hand from a new report by the Purchasing Card Forum, an educational networking group, and CIPS.
