Bank of America launches scheme for returning talent

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofA Merrill) has launched a new initiative supporting individuals looking to return to work after spending three or more years away to care for their family.
The ‘Returning Talent’ programme will have 20 places available for individuals to participate in three one-day workshops, with the aim being to make them “feel better prepared and confident to re-enter the world of work, either at BofA Merrill or at another organisation”, a statement from the firm says.
