Less than 5% of candidates have used a video CV in a job search, according to a survey conducted by executive search organisation, MRINetwork.MRI president Michael Jalbert expressed concern that videos could reveal information about age, disabilities, race and religion that should not be factors in deciding who gets the job.But he told Recruiter one of the biggest challenges is that candidates do not think carefully enough about the message they are putting across.
